Úrsula Corberó and Quim Gutiérrez will be the protagonists of ‘El cuerpo en llamas’, a production by Arcadia Motion Pictures for the Netflix series catalog that began filming on September 19 in Barcelona and will be developed for several weeks in other municipalities of the province . The miniseries will be inspired by real events, taking as its starting point the appearance in 2017 of the charred corpse of a man in the swamp of Foix, in the province of Barcelona. The homicide investigation brought to light a network of toxic relationships, deceit, sexual scandals and violence between several police officers in the city. Úrsula Corberó and Quim Gutiérrez play Rosa and Albert, the two police officers protagonists of this story who will be accompanied by the performances of José Manuel Poga (‘La casa de papel’), Isak Férriz (‘Bajocero’) and Eva Llorach ( ‘Quien te cantará’) among others. Jorge Torregrossa, one of the people responsible for ‘Fariña’ and ‘Intimidad’, serves as executive producer and directs ‘El cuerpo en llamas’ together with Laura Mañá (‘Un novio para mi mujer’), which is written by Laura Sarmiento (‘ Intimidad’, ‘Maladero’).
